Under the skin is a response to a project called Signs of Illness. The brief was asking to focus on designing a fictional exhibition, based on an illness or condition. The exhibition would take place at the Wellcome Collection gallery in London.

My approach was to create an informative exhibition, spreading awareness about the skin condition of Vitiligo; a pigmentary disorder that causes pale, white patches to develop due to the lack of a chemical substance called melanin.

The exhibition breaks down in 4 main sections, and covers the topic from a range of angles whether it's the condition's causes or and it's chemical breakdown.

In order to gain spacial awareness of the Wellcome collection, I decided to create a 1:1 3D model using Sketchup, displaying the application of the graphics in space.
